Senior Performance Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst with strong experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CTR, and CPC.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.

- Analyze campaign data and dashboards to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Manage analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and Google Sheets.

- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and other campaign elements.

- Work closely with creative, content, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, competitors, and current opportunities.

- Provide strategic inputs to improve campaign performance and support business goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree,



preferably in Marketing, Mass Media, Advertising, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on paid media experience.

- Minimum 3 years of mandatory agency experience in paid media.

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.

- Good understanding of ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, and other performance marketing metrics.

- Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and dashboard tools.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Detail-oriented, results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in an onsite environment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
