Roles and Responsibilities:

- Architect, design, and build highly available OpenShift clusters across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
- Manage full cluster lifecycle activities including installation, upgrades, capacity planning, backup and restore, and decommissioning.
- Lead major incident response for OpenShift platforms, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Define and enforce platform standards for multi-tenant workloads, security controls, and CI/CD integration.
- Automate cluster operations using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices for provisioning, patching, scaling, and disaster recovery.

Skills Required:

- 7 to 10 years of relevant infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering experience.




- Solid hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Deep understanding of OpenShift platform architecture, cluster administration, and Linux-based operations.
- Experience supporting scalable, secure, and highly available container platforms with networking and storage integrations.
- Practical experience with automation, CI/CD, and platform tooling used for enterprise OpenShift operations.

Good to Have:
- OpenShift administration certification such as EX280.
- Experience with regulated or mission-critical environments.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP integrations.

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation.
