Function: Network Operations / NOC
We are looking for a Senior Network Technician / Network Engineer to join our Network Operations team. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure in a 24x7/NOC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot network, routing and switching issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests and changes through ServiceNow/ITIL.
- Support Cisco routers, switches, LAN/WAN, VPN and SD-WAN.
- Monitor network performance and identify issues proactively.
- Resolve issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, ISPs and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Perform network configuration, upgrades and migration activities.
- Guide junior team members and handle technical escalations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Networking.
- Positive understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching.
- Experience with LAN/WAN, VPN and SD-WAN.
- Experience in NOC / Network Operations / Network Support.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow / ITIL / Incident Management.
- Exposure to Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, Fortinet/Palo Alto or similar technologies.
- CCNA certification required; CCNP is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
