Responsible for handling Project functions, recent deployment, design, HLD and LLD preparations

Plan, deploy, and improve wireless networks from the beginning to implementation by collaborating with vendors, managers, and network engineers.

Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting WAN, LAN & wireless setup including Routing Protocols, QoS, Wireless performance.

Must have Experience in Cisco infrastructure technologies like SDN, DNAC and WiFi-6.

Visiting client site for any network migrations or issue which requires physical presence.

Coordinating with OEMs TAC engineers to resolve any network issues.

Ensuring project-orientedness to complete the Projects in time

Preparing documents like HLD, LLD, UAT check lists, preparing plan of action for any major migration activity.

Handing over the completed projects to support team in seamless manner

Meeting client for any escalated calls if needed.

Mentoring the Juniors for any issues

Ready to travel across the nation if need be.

Sales enablement/ Contribution to the organization

Meeting the client along with sales/presales team for any new opportunities if required.





Leading the Project Review meetings with client as a TAM, sharing MOM, updating about the points as per timelines and achieving the actionable.

Assist Sales team by doing POC/Demo if needed.

At least 3+ years of Network & Security Support experience

At least 3+ years experience with Cisco SDA, DNAC, ISE, Cisco & Juniper Switching, Cisco Wireless

Hands on experience on Cisco routers, switches, firewall, ISE, Wireless, DNAC, WAN, Routing protocol, Cisco WLC

Excellent understanding of Cisco SDA technology and involved protocols like LISP, VXLAN, Cisco Trust sec, Understanding of Cisco ISE

Hands-on Experience with DNAC automation for provisioning, automation

Excellent Understanding of detailed L2/L3 networking protocols, STP, BGP, HSRP

Routing Protocols BGP, ISIS, Static routing

Switching (L2) Protocols STP, VTP, trucking, EtherChannel,

Technologies like: - SD-Access, DNA-Center, ISE, EVPN-VxLAN, Virtual-chassis (switch stacking), Juniper Fusion, AE (ether channel)

Hands-on experience on Cisco Wireless controller configuration.
