We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead a team of 10+ networking professionals across multiple locations. Based in Chennai, you will oversee network operations in Tirunelveli, Thanjavur, and Thoothukudi, ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, designing productive network processes, and leading day-to-day operations for our cybersecurity and healthcare clients.
Requirements
Lead and mentor a team of network engineers across sites
- Manage network infrastructure (Fortinet, D-Link, IPBX, AD, VPN, SD-WAN, ZTNA)
- Oversee cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and virtualization (VMware ESXi)
- Ensure network security, compliance, and SLA adherence
- Drive innovation and automation in network operations
- Handle escalations, project execution, and vendor coordination
- Maintain documentation and deliver training sessions
- Support CCTV, NVR, NAS, and server infrastructure
- Work rotational shifts and travel as needed
