We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Core Developer with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, LINQ, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON/XML. The candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and maintain enterprise and global applications based on business and system requirements.
- Analyze business requirements, business processes, data, and system integration points to identify and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Develop scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performance applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core.
- Design and develop RESTful Web APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
- Work closely with clients, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to understand software requirements and assess system impacts.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into effective application designs and technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including application design, technical specifications, API documentation, and deployment documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and application security guidelines.
- Ensure the quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability of deliverables across the development team.




- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, production defects, and performance-related problems.
- Collaborate with global development teams and other senior technical resources to plan and execute ongoing feature development, product enhancements, and application maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical estimations, sprint planning, and solution design activities.
- Support application deployments, production releases, and post-production issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Hands-on experience developing ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core web applications.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design principles.
- Positive understanding of MVC architecture and Three-Tier/N-Tier architecture.
- Strong experience with LINQ.
- Hands-on experience in developing and consuming RESTful Web APIs.
- Good understanding of application development best practices, coding standards,



and design patterns.

Database

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, functions, and performance-optimized queries.
- Good understanding of database design and data-access methodologies.

Additional Technical Skills

- Experience with application integration and third-party system/API integrations.
- Experience working on enterprise-level applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage.
- Good understanding of application performance, scalability, availability, and security.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Familiarity with DevOps, Git or other source-control systems.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Experience working with distributed/global development teams is an added advantage.
