Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Migration Counsellor to counsel clients on overseas migration and visa options, handle leads, and support applications from consultation to processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients on migration and visa options.
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable pathways.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Follow up with leads and achieve conversion targets.
- Explain documentation and application procedures.
- Coordinate with visa/documentation teams.
- Maintain CRM records and client updates.
- Stay updated on visa rules and migration policies.

Requirements

- 1+ year experience in Migration / Immigration / Visa Consultancy.
- Good knowledge of visa and migration processes.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive.
- Valuable English and basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
