We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Counsellor / Senior Mentor to guide students through their international university admissions journey , with strong expertise in USA undergraduate admissions, profile building and application strategy .

The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage students and parents and take ownership from academic planning and profile development to university applications and final decisions .

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on overseas university admissions and career pathways .
- Independently manage students through the complete application cycle.
- Develop personalised academic and extracurricular profile-building strategies .
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities and courses .
- Build balanced university lists based on profile, interests, budget and career goals.
- Handle USA undergraduate applications and Common App .
- Guide students on personal statements, Common App essays and supplemental essays .
- Review and strengthen applications, resumes, activity lists and essays.
- Track application deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Conduct regular student and parent meetings and provide progress updates.
- Support students applying to USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Australia, UAE and India .




- Conduct counselling sessions, workshops and parent/student presentations.
- Collaborate with counsellors and mentors and contribute to improving counselling processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 complete USA undergraduate application cycles independently handled .
- Robust practical knowledge of US university admissions and Common App .
- Experience in holistic profile building and application strategy .
- Strong understanding of essays and personal statements.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to independently manage students, parents and deadlines.
- Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
- Student-focused, professional and highly organised.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply recommending universities and can help students build a strong, authentic and differentiated profile .

The candidate should be confident in working with students, parents and senior leadership and should demonstrate ownership, professionalism and strong admissions knowledge .

Salary : 20-25LPA
