We are looking for an experienced Senior Apparel Merchandiser with 10–15 years of experience in knitwear/apparel merchandising and production. The candidate should have strong expertise in fabrics, garments, costing, product development, production planning, quality, buyer coordination, and shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete order cycle from development and sampling to production and shipment.
- Coordinate with international buyers, factories, suppliers, QA, Design, Sourcing, and Production teams.
- Handle costing, quotations, fabric/trims, lab dips, prints, embroidery, samples, patterns, and approvals.
- Prepare and monitor production plans, shipment plans, inspection schedules, and packing lists.
- Ensure quality standards, buyer specifications, timely inspections, testing, and on-time delivery.
- Follow up on buyer feedback, approvals, production status, and shipment requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly production and sampling reports.




- Support new product development and sourcing activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth execution of orders.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Apparel, Textile, Fashion, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in apparel merchandising/production, preferably in knits.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garments, organic cotton, and buyer requirements.
- Positive knowledge of costing, production planning, sourcing, quality, and shipment processes.
- Experience handling international buyers such as C&A;, M&S;, Kmart, H&M;, etc.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and ensure quality and timely delivery.
