As a Senior MERN Stack Engineer at PartsMojo, you will spearhead the design, development, and optimization of full-stack web applications that power our cutting-edge automotive parts marketplace. Working within an agile, cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and MongoDB.

A key part of this role involves building highly responsive, user-friendly interfaces that work seamlessly across devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile screens. You should be comfortable implementing multi-screen layouts, adaptive UI components, and pixel-perfect designs based on up-to-date UI/UX standards.

You will mentor junior developers, champion best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous integration, and actively contribute to architectural decisions that shape the platform’s future. Requirements:

- 4–5 years of professional experience developing and deploying MERN stack applications, with a strong focus on Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, Redis, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint).
- Strong experience in responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and building multi-device / multi-screen layouts.
- Hands-on experience with modern CSS frameworks/libraries (Tailwind CSS,



Material UI, Bootstrap) and layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git) is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset for working in quick-paced, multidisciplinary teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Architect, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and MongoDB, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces that deliver consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Implement multi-screen layouts and reusable UI components ensuring usability, accessibility, and performance.
