Senior Engineer Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Should have a explicit understanding of manual transmission and it`s sub systems (shift system, synchronizers, gears, bearings etc) Should have work experience in gears, shaft & bearings with knowledge of KISS SOFT/ROMAX software. Should have a hands-on experience of 3D CAD software (Catia preferred) Should have sufficient knowledge in detailing, tolerance stack up and GD&T; BOM preparation and maintaining (TC awareness preferred) Adequate knowledge in DFMEA, DFM, DFC and DFS Adequate knowledge of gear manufacturing process & materials.
