Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT services industry.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates for technical roles.
- Solid understanding of stakeholder management principles and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
