Senior Manager / Architect - Data Science & Generative AI

About the Role

We are looking for a highly accomplished Senior Manager / Architect - Data Science & Generative AI to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives across advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise, solution architecture experience, business consulting capabilities, and leadership skills to drive AI-driven business outcomes for global clients. This role involves working closely with executive stakeholders, leading high-performing teams, and delivering scalable AI solutions from strategy through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect enterprise-scale AI platforms leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI Agents, and cloud-native technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI and analytics opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end AI project delivery from use case discovery to production deployment.
- Build and mentor teams of Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Solution Architects.
- Establish best practices around model development, AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and MLOps.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to create scalable AI solutions.
- Present recommendations, roadmaps, and business outcomes to client leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to capability building, solution accelerators, innovation initiatives, and thought leadership.

Required Skills Data Science & Machine Learning

- Robust experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Deep Learning, NLP, and Statistical Analytics.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost.




- Experience building and operationalizing ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.

Generative AI & LLMs

- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or other foundation models.
- Experience building RAG-based solutions using vector databases.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Model Evaluation, and AI Guardrails.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Exposure to Agentic AI and Multi-Agent architectures.

Cloud & Architecture

- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI ecosystems.
- Knowledge of microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud architectures.
- Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise AI solutions.

Leadership & Consulting

- Proven experience leading Data Science, AI, or Architecture teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to translate business challenges into AI and analytics solutions.
- Experience driving large-scale transformation programs and executive-level engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Experience across Retail, CPG, BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, or Technology domains.
- Relevant certifications in Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI are preferred.
