Prime last-mile operations for Delhi /NCR end-to-end ownership of delivery performance across the city hub network.
SLA, breach metrics and cost — holding SLA adherence, driving breach metrics down, and owning last-mile cost per order across both cities.
Rate card inputs — recommending the right rider / vendor rate card for each area and lane, and managing last-mile cost through it.
Business growth — identifying performance improvement areas and the hubs where volume can be grown, and working with sales counterparts on serviceability and client commitments.
Team leadership — building, running and reviewing the city ops teams, and setting the operating cadence they work to.
Ground presence — regular hub visits and direct interaction with riders and hub teams; this is not a desk role.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST-HAVES
8–10 years of experience in e-commerce / last-mile logistics operations, including direct ownership of a city or region.
Deep, first-hand understanding of NCR geography — areas, lanes,
hub catchments and how the city moves. This is the most significant requirement for the role.
Control tower or on-ground ops background —
someone who has actually run cities and hubs, not only reported on them.
Experience managing city ops teams and running a review and escalation cadence.
Willing to be on the ground in Hyderabad and to travel to Ahmedabad regularly.
Communication in English and Hindi; Telugu strongly preferred for working with hub teams and riders.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Engineering degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institution
(preferred, not mandatory).
Prior operating experience in the Ahmedabad / Gujarat market.
Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with operational data and cost numbers.
Prior exposure to rate card design or last-mile cost management.
Experience with SDD / NDD or other speed-sensitive commerce operations.
