/n /n Key Experience & Skill Requirements /n The candidate should have demonstrated experience in: /n /n

- Information Security and Cyber Security implementation in large organizations and Government projects

- Assessing and evaluating a wide range of information security solutions, platforms and products

/n

- Designing solution architecture and security frameworks

/n

- Excellent drafting, documentation, technical writing, communication and presentation skills

/n

- Building and maintaining strong vendor alliances and strategic partnerships

/n

- Advising Senior Management on Information Security strategies and implementation roadmaps

/n

- Providing thought leadership and supporting senior leadership in organization-wide security visioning

- Managing relationships across the organization and with external vendors, including discussions at Board and Executive levels on value, advantages and risk





/n /n Job Profile / Responsibilities /n The Senior Manager – Security Solutions will be responsible for the overall security posture of UIDAI and shall perform the following: /n /n

- Manage daily operations and execution of the IT Security Strategy

/n

- Conduct continuous assessment of existing IT security practices, systems and controls, and identify gaps

/n

- Oversee implementation of security processes, review effectiveness and recommend improvements

/n

- Draft and issue security advisories, notifications and circulars to partners, vendors and stakeholders

/n

- Lead, guide and evaluate the performance of junior security staff

/n

- Drive change management initiatives and build new IT security capabilities

/n

- Develop and implement strategies to minimize cyber risks, vulnerabilities and attack surfaces

/n

- Assist UIDAI in all Information Security operational matters, including:

/n

- Security incidents and breaches

/n

- Cyber security advisories

/n

- Network deployment and security operations

/n

- Configuration management

/n

- System hardening, maintenance and troubleshooting

/n

- Review, analyse and follow-up on advisories and alerts issued by:

/n

- CERT-In

/n

- NCIIPC

/n

- SANS

/n

- US-CERT

/n

- Other national and international cyber security agencies
