Role & responsibilities

- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with leading banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies to co-create and offer creative lending products.

- Product Portfolio Management: Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch lending products that cater to the diverse financial needs of MobiKwik's users, ensuring alignment with market demands and regulatory standards.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end process of partnership onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of partner systems with MobiKwik's platform. Address and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.

- Financial Oversight: Manage the financial aspects of lending partnerships, including revenue models, cost structures, and profitability analyses, ensuring sustainable and scalable business growth.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all lending products and partnerships comply with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and other relevant financial regulations.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high- performance culture.
