Role & responsibilities

Production Management & Optimization

- Plan and execute daily/weekly production targets for corrugation lines.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
- Oversee operations of corrugation lines, printers, slotters, folder-gluers, rotary die-cutters, lamination machines, etc.
- Monitor WIP and coordinate with purchase, dispatch, and supply chain teams.

Quality & Process Improvement

- Achieve customer specs for BF, GSM, RCT, moisture, and flute quality.
- Reduce defects like warp, delamination, uneven pasting, scoring, and printing errors.
- Implement CAPA, Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and OEE monitoring to boost efficiency.
- Reduce wastage of paper, ink, and glue.

Maintenance & Compliance





- Coordinate with engineering teams for preventive/breakdown maintenance.
- Drive safety training and ensure compliance with statutory norms.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong technical knowledge of 2/3/5 Ply corrugation lines.
- Expertise in paper characteristics, glue formulations, flute management, printing technologies.
- Experience with BHS / TCY / CMB / Chinese corrugation lines preferred.
- Robust leadership, team handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, TPM, Lean/Kaizen.

Proficiency in ERP and production reporting.
