SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Corporate Visual Merchandiser to join our energetic Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Marketing, with a significant focus on Visual Merchandising. Having a background in the footwear industry is considered an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Visual Merchandising Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.

Display Creation

Conceptualize and create visually appealing and innovative displays that effectively communicate the unique features and styles of our footwear products.

Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure synergy between visual merchandising efforts and overall brand promotions and campaigns.

Trend Analysis





Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our visual merchandising remains competitive and resonates with target audiences.

Standardization

Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to implement and maintain consistent visual merchandising standards across all Metro showrooms.

Training and Guidance

Provide training and guidance to store staff on effective visual merchandising techniques, ensuring uniformity in execution.

Performance Monitoring

Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of visual merchandising strategies, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimizations.
