Senior Manager Leasing (Commercial Real Estate)

Industry Preference: Commercial Real Estate / IPC / Grade A Office & Retail Leasing

Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Real Estate) preferred

Role Overview The Senior Manager Leasing will be responsible for driving business development efforts and executing large-scale commercial transactions for Grade A office spaces, IT parks, retail developments, and mixed-use projects. The role requires strong market intelligence, tenant acquisition capabilities, IPC relationship management, financial acumen, and negotiation expertise to maximize occupancy, revenue, and long-term asset value.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive focused BD efforts to generate new business revenue (top-line and bottom-line) by leasing of companys existing and upcoming portfolio.
- End-to-end transaction management from business enquiry/sourcing, site inspection, offer submission, Heads of Terms, negotiation, documentation (LOI and Agreement signing) to final closure and handover to the client.
- Achieve leasing revenue targets and occupancy benchmarks.




- Lead tenant sourcing through direct outreach and IPC partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate occupiers, channel partners and flexible/agile or managed service providers.
- Lead commercial negotiations including rentals, CAM, escalation, and lock-in terms.
- Track rental trends, absorption rates, vacancy data, and competitor activity.
- Conduct market feasibility studies and competitor benchmarking.
- Collaborate with internal property management and project management team to understand technical specifications and identification and preparation of snag list.
- Coordinate with legal for LOIs, term sheets, and lease agreements.
