Role Description

- Lead and manage a team to achieve business and operational targets.
- Manage projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, utilization, and allocation.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
- Manage escalations and resolve business/process-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and processes.
- Support workforce planning, hiring, and resource allocation.
- Track KPIs,



SLAs, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Mentor team members and support their career development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree / MBA in Management, Operations, HR, Finance, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
- 8–12+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Experience in team management, project/operations management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and reporting.
