Position Summary with Job Responsibilities The role is responsible for the timely delivery of EV Vehicles/ Other Vehicles as per the production plan by meeting productivity, quality & cost targets along with the implementation of safe work practices. Responsible for delivery of quality products to end customers, resource optimisation, work environment, and execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibility & Key Task
1 Execution Planning.
- Planning for resources & facilities in conjunction with Factory Head, to meet the business objectives in terms of SQPDCME.
- Driving plant initiatives such as TQM deployment, and WCQ sustenance as per the Plant roadmap.
- Production management
- Review & monitor the production requirement & delivery as per the plan with optimal cost manufacturing.
- Review & monitor the production of the critical models / critical requirement.
- Adherence to the Launch of new models as per project timelines.
- Quality Management - Review the product/process quality as per the set quality parameters,
ensuring customer satisfaction by producing the right product at the first time in the right quality & quantity.
4 Cost Management - Review and monitor the Cost parameters of the factory. 5 Employee Involvement & capability building
- Capability Building of employees
- Ensure regular communication with the team to align with organizational Objectives.
Education
B Tech
BE( Electrical/Electronics)
Work Experience
8 – 12 Yrs. of experience in Auto Manufacturing.
Experience / Exposure To EV Manufacturing Will Be Preferred.
