Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop formulations for biological inputs (fertilizers) and bio-stimulants.

- Conduct research on organic farming practices to improve crop yields.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design manufacturing processes for current products.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for agrochemicals and fertilizers.

- Analyze data from field trials to optimize product performance.

- Experience in the operations of 2-5 KL capacity fermenters for mass multiplication of microbes ( biopesticides, biofertilisers & microbial biostimlants) and handling different stages of upstream process.

- Ability to control & carry out solid state fermentation process and downstream process operations including harvest,



separation & storage of the actives.

- Skilled in the operation of equipments related to Upstream, CIP and SIP, MFS systems.

- Able to work in co-ordination with other sections like maintenance, QC, warehouse and QA etc. for smooth production.

- Supervise sanitization of the work area and equipment, have awareness on the essentials of environmental conditions, & controls required as per approved SOPs.

- Experience to handle maintenance and breakdown activities for fermenters, utilities etc
