Designation: Senior Manager/AVP – Non-litigation – Real estate Transactions

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

-Verify ownership documents, title deeds, approvals, permissions, and statutory compliance as part of thorough legal due diligence.

-Determine the legal hazards connected to properties and offer suggestions for reducing such risks.

-Write legal opinions and due diligence reports for management and business assessment.

-Work together with outside legal advisors.

Create, evaluate, negotiate, and complete a variety of legal forms and agreements pertaining to real estate.

-Manage the creation and screening of contracts and licenses.

-Verify that agreements appropriately safeguard organizational interests, are commercially oriented, and comply with the law.





-Manage real estate transaction discussions with developers, landowners, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

-To manage the execution and registration of agreements across various states in collaboration with local teams, while ensuring compliance with Stamp Duty laws, Registration Act, RERA regulations, and other state-specific property laws.

-Examine business terms and oversee transaction closing from the documentation to execution phases.
