Role

We are looking for strong System Design, Architecture Design &

- Development, end-to-end technical ownership and technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from problem definition and modelling to production, scalability and monitoring.

- Design and develop scalable ML/AI/GenAI systems and architectures.

- Provide technical direction for complex Data Science and ML solutions.

- Drive System Design and Architecture Design &
- Development for production ML platforms and applications.

- Lead model deployment, MLOps, monitoring and the complete ML lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews and design reviews and establish technical standards.

- Mentor Data Scientists and guide technical implementation.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Business teams to drive solution strategy.

- Connect technical and architectural decisions to measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills





- 6+ years of Data Science / ML / AI experience.

- Strong hands-on Python &
- SQL.

- Deep expertise in one or more areas: AI/ML, GenAI/LLMs, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation, Forecasting, etc.

- Strong System Design and Architecture Design &

- Development capability mandatory.

- Proven end-to-end production solution ownership.

- Strong understanding of Cloud, MLOps, deployment, scalability and monitoring.

- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, code review and design review experience.

- Ability to guide solution direction and make sound technical trade-offs.

Valuable to Have

- PyTorch/TensorFlow, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases and ML Platform Architecture.
