- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures.

- Collect, receive, label, process, and prepare patient samples for analysis.

- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

- Perform daily quality control procedures and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

- Identify and troubleshoot equipment errors, QC failures, and technical issues.

- Maintain proper documentation, including test records, QC records, and equipment maintenance logs.

- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, infection control practices, and biomedical waste management guidelines.

- Supervise and guide junior laboratory technicians and other laboratory staff.

- Monitor turnaround time (TAT)



and ensure timely reporting of laboratory results.

- Coordinate with pathologists, doctors, and other departments regarding laboratory investigations and technical issues.

- Maintain adequate stock of reagents, consumables, and other laboratory supplies.

- Support internal audits, external quality assessment programs, and NABL-related activities.

- Ensure patient confidentiality and follow ethical laboratory practices.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
