About the Role

Atom Wellness is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle sales and business development activities in the Thrissur region.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing accounts, generating regular orders, conducting market visits, promoting Atom Wellness products, and achieving assigned sales targets across hospital and retail segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets for the Thrissur territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, medical shops, distributors, doctors, clinics and other healthcare customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers and prospective accounts.
- Promote and generate demand for Atom Wellness products.
- Handle products across relevant categories such as surgical, orthopaedic, healthcare, medical consumables and wellness products.
- Generate enquiries, quotations and orders from customers.
- Follow up regularly on pending orders, quotations and payments where required.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market developments.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback and market requirements to the management.
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports, customer information and sales records.
- Ensure proper product presentation, visibility and promotional activities at customer locations.
- Identify potential doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and institutions for business development.
- Participate in product demonstrations, promotional campaigns and company activities.
- Ensure effective coverage of the assigned Thrissur territory.





Hospital & Retail Sales Focus The candidate should be capable of handling both:

Hospital Segment

- Hospitals and clinics
- Doctors and healthcare professionals
- Purchase departments
- Hospital pharmacies
- Surgical and orthopaedic product requirements
- Institutional enquiries and orders

Retail Segment

- Pharmacies and medical shops
- Retail pharmacy chains
- Distributors and stockists
- Retailer order generation
- Product visibility and scheme communication

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred, particularly in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, surgical or FMCG sectors.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Positive knowledge of the Thrissur market will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical products, orthopaedic products, healthcare products or pharmacy sales will be given preference.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
