We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer to manage and support multiple customer environments across server, storage, networking, and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and experience working in a system integrator or managed services environment supporting diverse client infrastructures.

This role requires hands-on technical capability, proactive monitoring, customer coordination, and the ability to lead infrastructure projects and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management & Support

- Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise storage systems
- Support and maintain enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching)
- Manage firewall, VPN, and network security devices
- Perform system performance tuning and capacity planning
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness

1. Customer Support & Managed Services

- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for multiple customers
- Handle escalations from junior engineers
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents
- Maintain SLA compliance across customer accounts
- Coordinate with customer IT teams for maintenance windows and upgrades

1. Implementation & Projects

- Deploy and configure servers, storage, and network infrastructure
- Perform infrastructure upgrades and migrations
- Lead on-site or remote implementation projects
- Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs
- Participate in pre-sales technical discussions when required

Monitoring & Security

- Monitor infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools
- Implement backup solutions and verify restore processes
- Perform patch management and vulnerability remediation
- Ensure compliance with security best practices
- Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, and firewall policies

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain asset inventory and configuration documentation
- Generate monthly health and performance reports
- Document incident reports and resolution steps
- Update knowledge base articles

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- Experience working in a System Integrator or Managed Services Provider workplace
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer environments simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
