Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage IT infrastructure, servers, cloud environments, hosting, IT support, and information security. The role requires both technical hands-on expertise and team/vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Linux/Windows servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint devices.
- Manage AWS/Azure/GCP, web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, CDN, and server environments.
- Lead IT support/helpdesk operations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Manage IT security, firewalls, endpoint protection, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Handle IT vendors, ISPs, SaaS platforms, hosting providers, and outsourced support.
- Manage employee IT onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, devices, and access.
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology projects.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, SOPs, network diagrams, and runbooks.
- Supervise and mentor IT support/system administration teams.
- Support automation, scripting, CI/CD, Git workflows, and AI-based IT solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 5+ years of experience in IT Management or Senior Systems Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows Server Administration.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of IT security, firewalls, vulnerability management, and endpoint security.
- Experience managing IT Helpdesk/Service Desk and SLAs.
- Knowledge of DNS, SSL, CDN, domain management, and web hosting.
- Solid vendor management, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Good to Have

- Experience with WordPress, Elementor, CMS/e-commerce hosting.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting.
- Exposure to CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and AI tools.
- Experience working in a web development/digital environment.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
