Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, stores, packing and dispatch operations.
- Maintain stock records and ensure accurate ERP entries.
- Monitor stock levels, physical verification, reconciliation and stock aging.
- Supervise packing and labeling of finished products.
- Plan daily dispatch and coordinate with Production, Sales, Accounts and Transporters.
- Prepare Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, Packing Lists and E-Way Bills.
- Verify dispatch quantity, documentation and vehicle/loading details.
- Track LR/GR, POD and delivery status.
- Prepare inventory and dispatch MIS reports for management.
- Supervise stores/packing/dispatch staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
