We are seeking an Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects end-to-end — from design conceptualisation to site execution. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling design development, working drawings, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision, ensuring quality, timelines, and design intent are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed material specifications
- Prepare and coordinate complete working drawings for execution
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise execution and ensure adherence to drawings
- Resolve site-related design and execution challenges proactively
- Monitor timelines, workmanship quality, and material usage
- Assist in cost control, value engineering,
and BOQ understanding
- Act as a bridge between client expectations, design intent, and site execution
Desired Profile
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design
- Strong experience in residential & turnkey interior projects
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, construction details, and execution practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D(mandatory)
- Ability to independently handle projects and teams
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
