About the Role:

Company is looking for a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential and boutique commercial projects from concept to completion.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead concept development, space planning, materials, lighting & FF&E;
- Manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines and resources
- Oversee technical drawings, documentation and quality control
- Lead, mentor and manage design teams
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors
- Drive design excellence, project efficiency and business development

? Requirements:





- 15+ years of relevant interior design experience
- Strong portfolio in high-end residential / boutique commercial projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Adobe Creative Suite

- V-Ray / Lumion experience is an added advantage
- Solid design sensibility with a modern, minimalist aesthetic
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
