Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Integrations to design, develop, implement, and support integration solutions between customer systems and enterprise products.

The role has a strong focus on API integrations, customer-facing technical implementations, SSO, cloud platforms, and technical support. The ideal candidate should combine solid software development skills with excellent customer and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between customer systems and products using APIs.
- Support customers through end-to-end API implementation, integration, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical guidance for APIs, integrations, and SSO implementations.
- Analyze integration issues and provide timely technical solutions.
- Work closely with customers, product teams, engineering teams, and technology stakeholders.
- Translate customer and business requirements into clear technical requirements and integration solutions.
- Communicate product enhancements, upcoming features, defects, technical changes, and updates to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation.
- Support cross-functional teams in resolving complex integration challenges.
- Drive continuous improvements in API usage, integration processes, and customer support.
- Independently manage integration projects and drive them through successful completion.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Integration Engineer, API Engineer, Technical Analyst,



or similar role.
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java and Angular.
- Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API implementation.
- Good understanding of SSO concepts and implementation approaches.
- Experience working with AWS and/or Azure.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, XSD, and related technologies.
- Experience with Git, TFS, or similar source control platforms.
- 1+ year of experience working with AI technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer & Stakeholder Skills

- Experience working directly with customers on technical implementations.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant AWS or Azure cloud certifications.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience with API security, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers during implementation and production.
- Exposure to modern AI/GenAI technologies.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a technically strong Java + Angular Integration Engineer who can work directly with customers, implement APIs and SSO integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams. Note: This is an onsite contract position.
