- We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Designer to join our Creative team based in Kochi. This is
- a full‐time, work from office role working alongside our London‐based colleagues, working
- aligned to UK hours.
- As a senior member of the team, you’ll take a lead role in delivering high‐quality creative work
- across motion graphics, video, digital and print. You’ll drive the ideation process by developing
- strong creative concepts and shaping the visual direction of projects, overseeing work from
- initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll guide junior designers and collaborate closely with
- colleagues across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong creative ideation and
- technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership of creative
- output in a fast‐paced, corporate environment

Essential Job Functions:

- Create engaging motion graphics and animations that bring concepts to life using After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
- Lead the ideation process by generating strong creative concepts, exploring multiple directions, and shaping the visual approach for campaigns and projects.
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital channels, presentations, reports, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Oversee concept development, mood boards, and creative research, ensuring robust creative direction.
- Prepare artwork for digital and print production with exceptional attention to detail.
- Update, adapt, and evolve existing creative assets while maintaining brand consistency.




- Manage time effectively across multiple tasks and deadlines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, and help drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Develop clear, impactful storyboards that bring briefs to life and guide motion graphics, animation, and video execution.

Qualifications:

- Highly organised and proactive designer with strong communication skills and extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong motion graphics and video-editing skills, with the ability to craft dynamic, engaging animated content.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across motion, print, and digital.
- Strong experience in digital and print design within a corporate or brand-led environment.
- Collaborative approach to ideation, offering thoughtful creative input and helping shape project direction.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, accurate work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to interpret data and present it clearly.
- Confidence managing projects independently and taking ownership of creative output.
- Working knowledge of UX/UI best practices, including wireframing, responsive design, and accessibility considerations.
- Experience using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD to create digital layouts or prototypes.




- Interest in accessibility-led design and commitment to creating work that is clear, usable, and inclusive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in graphic design, animation, or integrated creative roles, preferably within a corporate/brand-led environment.
