Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This position oversees end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role is responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, compensation and benefits frameworks, and learning and development initiatives that support a fast-growing technology and hardware environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR teams, analyzing HR data and metrics, resolving complex employee issues, supporting change management, and ensuring consistent, inclusive people practices across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and perks, and employee relations.
- Experience in organizational development, culture-building, change management, and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis, HRIS tools, and using metrics to inform decisions and improve HR programs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing HR teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and coaching skills, with an inclusive and collaborative working style.
- Thorough understanding of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in non-discriminatory and gender-neutral HR processes.
- Prior experience in technology, manufacturing, hardware, or aerospace / drone-related industries is highly beneficial.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional HR certifications (such as SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) are an advantage.
