Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.

Screen candidates and conduct HR interviews.

Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll, incentives, and HR records.

Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance reviews.

Manage employee engagement, discipline, and grievance handling.

Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

Prepare HR, attendance, recruitment, and performance reports.





Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning.

Manage and guide HR team members, if applicable.

Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination. ? Candidate Profile Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience.

Real Estate HR experience will be highly preferred.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Good leadership and team-management abilities.

Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
