Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join our company. • 8+ years core technical experience in Hardware design and development • The Hardware Engineer will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge hardware systems. • Lead and manage complex Electronics Board design, complete NPD life cycle.

- Project management for PCBA redesign for EOL /Quality /Cost /NPD etc.
- Prepare qualification/testing/validation plans, Lab co-ordination.
- SME for high speed /mixed signal/Integrity/complex IC circuit designs
- Manage direct & indirect individuals /teams for projects.
- Mentor engineers on Electrical/Electronic parts, PCBA, testing etc.
- Drive communication with customers, vendors & global teams
- Essential Skills:
- Expert level - High-speed design (PCIe, SATA, HDMI, COMe)
- Expert level - Mixed signal design (ADC, DC-DC converters, Regulators)
- Proficient level – Power Integrity (PI) and Signal Integrity (SI) analysis (USB debug, Eye diagram, High speed signal traces)
- Desired Skills:
- Experience in Memory interfaces ( DDR, NAND, Nor, Flash )
- Experience in EMI/EMC standards (medical / industrial standards)
- Risk analysis, mitigation plan.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, presentation, communication (verbal & written) & influencing skills.
