Job Summary

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & AI Creative Specialist who combines strong graphic design skills with advanced knowledge of AI creative tools. The role will focus on producing high-quality visual content, AI-generated creatives, campaign concepts, and marketing assets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, branding, and marketing.

- Develop AI-generated images, concepts, visuals, and creative variations using the latest AI design and generation tools.

- Use AI to accelerate creative ideation, image generation, editing, enhancement, and content production.

- Develop creative concepts and transform briefs into compelling visual campaigns.

- Create static and basic motion creatives for digital advertising.

- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

- Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve creative quality and production speed.





- Work closely with the marketing and performance marketing teams to create conversion-focused ad creatives.

Required Skills

- Strong graphic design fundamentals and visual creativity.

- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After effects and Illustrator.

- Strong knowledge of AI image generation and creative AI tools.

- Experience with AI prompting and creative direction.

- Understanding of advertising creatives and digital marketing.

- Strong typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling skills.

- Ability to produce multiple creative variations quickly.

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of qualified graphic design experience.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and AI-assisted creative work.

- Proven experience using AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow.

- Experience in F&B;, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
