Role Description: The Senior Graphic Designer role at Nexus Group is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for leading the creation of visual concepts and designs for events, entertainment properties, media campaigns, technology products, and consultancy projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned visual identities, designing logos and marketing collateral, selecting and refining typography, and producing graphics for digital and print channels.

Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior designers, maintain design standards across projects, and ensure all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and brand requirements.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital and print.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding,



with experience developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across formats.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar applications).
- Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably in agency, media, events, or related creative environments.
- Ability to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual concepts and adapt designs for different platforms and audiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
