Role & responsibilities

- Develop campaign creatives with internal teams and external agencies.

- Design social media posts, packaging, marketing collateral and store communication.

- Support urgent creative requirements from stores across India.

- Prepare design briefs and coordinate with creative agencies.

- Manage projects from concept to final delivery with the agency.

- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and work in sync with the marketing team.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 8-10 years of professional design experience, preferably with leading consumer brands, FMCG companies, retail brands or creative agencies.

- Graduate with a Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, animation software and video-editing software is mandatory.

- Solid expertise in branding, typography, packaging, campaign development and social media design.

- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

- Experience managing social media is an added advantage.
