Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Graphic Designer role based in Kolkata.

The Senior Graphic

Designer will lead visual concept development for digital and print campaigns, including brand assets, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling designs, creating and refining logos and brand identities, and ensuring consistent visual language across all platforms. The role involves managing multiple projects,



providing design direction and feedback to junior designers, maintaining design standards, and staying current with design trends and tools to enhance the agency’s creative output.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and evolve distinct visual identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging communication.
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Experience working within or alongside digital marketing teams, with an understanding of social media and campaign creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment at a senior or lead level is preferred.
