? Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Location: Global | Fully Remote

Hours: ~30 hours/week | Flexible schedule

Compensation: $40–$100/hour

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Full-Stack Software Engineers to contribute to a confidential AI training and software engineering project.

You will work on software development, debugging, technical problem-solving, system architecture, and evaluation of AI-generated code across frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and debug frontend and backend applications
- Build features, APIs, services, and data models
- Troubleshoot complex software and integration issues
- Work with unfamiliar codebases and existing architectures
- Review and validate AI-generated code
- Evaluate solutions for correctness, performance, security, and maintainability





Required Skills
- Robust production experience in full-stack development
- Hands-on frontend and backend engineering experience
- Experience with multiple programming languages
- Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, and system architecture
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred technologies: Python, React, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Rust, Golang, TypeScript
