Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer – AI Training & Code Evaluation

Experience: 3–8 Years

Job Type: Contractor (~15 hours/week)

Location: Global – Fully Remote

Compensation: $50–$100/hour

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Full-Stack Software Engineers to contribute to an AI training project involving software development, debugging, technical problem-solving, system architecture, and code evaluation . Candidates should have meaningful hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and debug frontend and backend application components .
- Build user-facing features along with supporting APIs, services, and data models .
- Work across browsers, frontend applications, APIs, databases, and external integrations.
- Diagnose issues involving application state, APIs, authentication, databases, networking, and deployment .
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, completeness, performance, security, and maintainability.




- Support translation of complete coding builds from one programming language to another.

Key Requirements

- 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Solid production experience in full-stack application development .
- Meaningful hands-on experience across both frontend and backend engineering .
- Proficiency in multiple languages/technologies such as Python, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Node.js, Rust, or Golang .
- Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, application state, service integrations, and system architecture .
- Strong debugging, coding, and technical problem-solving skills.
