Role Overview :

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will serve as a technical anchor for our core product development initiatives, bridging the gap between high-level system architecture and pixel-perfect implementation. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow senior engineers to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable codebases. By taking ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle, you will directly influence the performance, reliability, and user satisfaction of our enterprise-grade applications, ensuring our technology stack remains at the cutting edge of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable, high-concurrency backend services using Node.js to ensure seamless data processing for our global client base.
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React.js to provide an intuitive and engaging experience for end-users.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineering staff to maintain high standards of code quality and technical rigor across the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and translate business objectives into actionable development sprints.
- Optimize application performance and database queries to reduce latency and improve the overall efficiency of our platform infrastructure.




- Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to extend platform functionality and support evolving business needs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and state management.
- Proven ability to design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures that support high-traffic production environments.
- Strong proficiency in database design and management, specifically with both relational and NoSQL databases to ensure optimal data integrity and retrieval.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.
- A track record of delivering high-quality software within an 8 - 15 years professional career span, showcasing growth in technical leadership and project ownership.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Jaipur, contributing to a collaborative team culture and maintaining high levels of productivity.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
