Position: Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end technical development and delivery of a scalable enterprise platform.

The successful candidate will play a key role in defining the application architecture, developing scalable backend services and modern frontend experiences, integrating cloud and geospatial technologies, and establishing engineering best practices. This is a hands-on technical leadership position with responsibility for mentoring engineers and contributing to the long-term technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Design

- Design scalable, multi-tenant applications using microservices or modular monolith architecture.
- Define application architecture and select appropriate AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
- Design database schemas using PostgreSQL, with PostGIS and TimescaleDB where applicable.
- Prefer experience in Architect secure REST and GraphQL APIs with JWT/OAuth2 and SSO readiness.

Full-Stack Development

- Develop modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS/Shadcn.
- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS/Express.
- Implement real-time functionality using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-documented application components.

GIS & Mapping (Highly Preferred)

- Integrate mapping platforms such as Mapbox, Google Maps, or ESRI ArcGIS.
- Develop route visualization, GPS tracking,



and geo-tagged data capabilities.
- Work with geospatial data formats including GeoJSON and shapefiles.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Highly preferred 2 years of experience in a Lead, Senior Lead, or Architectural role and Telecom domain.
- Strong hands-on expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS/Shadcn.
- Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS or Express.
- Highly preferred experience developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge, including complex queries, indexing, and partitioning.
- Experience with PostGIS is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, CI/CD, and Terraform.
- Experience integrating GIS/mapping platforms such as Mapbox, Google Maps, or ESRI ArcGIS.
- Knowledge of React Native and offline synchronization strategies.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, architecture, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within Telecommunications, OSP/Fiber Construction, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Field Service Management.
- Experience with Power BI, Superset, or other embedded analytics platforms.
- Experience developing ETL/data migration solutions for large datasets.
- Experience with data validation, transformation, and deduplication.
- Experience developing dynamic forms, project templates, or workflow platforms.
- Exposure to platforms such as SiteTracker, Procore, or ServiceNow.
