: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer/Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our development team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring smaller independent teams, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.

Exposure to AI-driven solutions and financial domain knowledge will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor small independent development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and successful delivery of components/modules.
- Innovation: Explore and integrate AI-based solutions where applicable to improve efficiency and capabilities.
- Delivery Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Requirements & Documentation: Understand and analyse requirements. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, APIs, and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful services.
- Full-Stack Development: Oversee and contribute to both front-end (Angular)



and back-end (Java, Spring Boot) development, ensuring seamless integration.
- Architecture & Design: Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to scalable and maintainable solution design.
- Code Quality & Reviews: Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best development practices are followed.
- Database Management: Work with Oracle databases, optimizing queries, designing schemas, and ensuring efficient data handling.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth build, integration, and deployment cycles.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application layers.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Lead root cause analysis and provide timely solutions for production and non-production issues.

Requirements:

- Experience: 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, with strong expertise in Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.

Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions preferred).
- Strong experience in designing and developing REST APIs.




- Expertise in Oracle DB, including complex SQL queries, performance tuning, and schema design.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable application development.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary UI/UX practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead small teams and independently drive modules or projects.
- Version Control: Strong experience with Git, SVN, or similar tools.
- CI/CD: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Attention to Detail: High level of ownership and commitment to quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or implementation in enterprise applications.
- Experience in financial domain (banking, trading systems, fintech applications, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security standards.

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
