As a growing team, we’re building scalable infrastructure and systems to support our platform (for ourselves and our customers), and we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can help make everything robust, automated, secure, and efficient.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, implementing new features, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the overall quality and performance of our software solutions. You should also be well versed in using AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with the team to define project requirements, create technical specifications, and determine the best approach for implementation.
- Build reusable and modular code components to ensure code efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js to support frontend functionalities.
- Implement responsive and mobile-friendly UIs to deliver seamless user experiences across different devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with designers and UX/UI experts to translate wireframes and design mockups into fully functional web applications.
- Optimize application performance by implementing best practices, code reviews, and performance tuning techniques.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the quality and stability of the software.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver projects on time and according to specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to the team's growth.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.
- Make effective use of AI-powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) to speed up coding, code reviews, debugging, and documentation, while ensuring output quality and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
- Proficiency in React.js and Redux (or other state management libraries) to develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Expertise in building and deploying scalable backend applications using Node.js and NestJS, including modules, controllers, services, and database integration.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL database, including database design, schema creation, and query optimization.
- Knowledge of any cloud technology such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of React Native would be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including how AI models are trained and how they function.
- Well versed in using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) as part of the daily development workflow to write, review, debug, and document code faster and more reliably.




- Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development using platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and task runners like Gulp or Grunt.
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) for unit testing and ensuring code quality.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team, mentor junior developers, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
