Job Responsibilities:

- Design and execute floral arrangements for weddings and events

- Work on Events, Wedding decor and installations

- Handle fresh and artificial flowers with creative concepts

- Coordinate with the design and production team for execution

- Maintain quality, freshness, and presentation standards

- Manage floral inventory and materials efficiently

Requirements:

- Prior experience in floral design / event decor

- Creative mindset with good color and design sense

- Ability to work under deadlines and event pressure

- Willingness to travel for events (if required)

- Good knowledge of floral handling and arrangement techniques
