Company Description
Acutis Diagnostics is a laboratory medicine company specializing in clinical toxicology and advanced molecular diagnostics. Our operations depend heavily on precision, speed, and reliability — especially in sample transportation, where there is zero margin for error.
Role Overview
This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced remote role for a Senior Fleet Administrator. This position is critical to ensuring that all sample pickups and deliveries are executed without delays, lapses, or protocol deviations.
This is not a passive coordination role- it requires continuous monitoring, proactive decision-making, and strong ownership of fleet operations. The individual in this role must be comfortable working under pressure, handling real-time issues, and maintaining operational standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Fleet Ownership:
- Take full responsibility for daily fleet operations, ensuring zero missed pickups and strict adherence to timelines and protocols.
- Continuous Monitoring:
- Actively monitor driver routes, statuses, and performance in real-time. No lapses in tracking or follow-ups are acceptable.
- Proactive Issue Resolution:
- Identify and resolve issues before they escalate — including delays, driver unavailability, routing inefficiencies, or compliance gaps.
- High-Pressure Coordination:
- Manage multiple drivers and routes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and composure in a time-sensitive environment.
- Strict Protocol Enforcement:
- Ensure all drivers follow operational SOPs without exception. Address deviations immediately and take corrective actions.
- Real-Time Communication:
- Maintain constant communication with drivers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity at all times.
- Route Optimization & Efficiency:
- Continuously improve route performance while balancing cost, time,
and service quality.
- Accountability & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate logs, track performance metrics, and provide clear updates on operations, exceptions, and resolutions.
- Driver Management & Training:
- Guide, monitor, and hold drivers accountable for performance, professionalism, and compliance.
Candidate Expectations
We are specifically looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- High Reliability & Ownership:
- Consistently dependable with a solid sense of responsibility — someone who treats operations as their own.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure:
- Comfortable handling urgent situations, tight deadlines, and unexpected challenges without compromising quality.
- Strong Attention to Detail:
- Ability to monitor multiple moving parts while maintaining accuracy and control.
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented Mindset:
- Does not wait for issues to escalate — takes initiative to prevent and resolve problems.
- Consistency & Discipline:
- Maintains performance standards every day without lapses.
- Clear & Assertive Communication:
- Able to give instructions, manage drivers, and escalate issues effectively.
- Adaptability:
- Willing to adjust quickly to operational changes and evolving requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics / fleet / dispatch operations
- Experience with fleet management or route optimization tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of transportation compliance and safety standards
- Willingness to be available beyond standard hours when required
Important Note
This role demands continuous focus, accountability, and resilience. It is best suited for individuals who thrive in high-pressure operational environments and can maintain consistent performance without supervision.
