We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with 3 to 4 years of core accounting experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial transactions, ensuring tax compliance, and maintaining accurate ledger records.

Key Responsibilities

- Purchase & Sales Management:

- Manage the full Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including verifying and booking purchase invoices.

- Oversee the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, ensuring timely issuance of sales invoices and revenue recognition.

- PO & Documentation:

- Review and reconcile Purchase Orders (PO) with invoices and Goods Received Notes (GRN).

- Maintain systematic documentation for all financial transactions.

- Taxation & Compliance:

- Execute timely and accurate GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B) and perform monthly reconciliations.

- Calculate and deposit TDS; ensure compliance with withholding tax regulations and file quarterly returns.

- Banking & Reconciliation:

- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile vendor/customer ledgers.

- Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial statements.





- Financial Planning & Reporting:

- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and MIS reporting.

- Assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing business performance, identifying variances, and providing financial insights to support management in strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a senior accounting role.

- Technical Proficiency: * Expertise in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, SAP, or Zoho Books).

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong command over GST laws, TDS provisions, and standard accounting principles.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.

- Soft Skills: High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and the ability to meet strict compliance deadlines.
