As the Senior Executive-Service Revenue, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, while also focusing on revenue optimization and growth. Your expertise in revenue management will be instrumental in driving the department's success and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Service Revenue team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
- Develop and execute revenue-generating initiatives and strategies for the Customer Service department.
- Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of revenue-generating activities, identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in revenue management and customer service.




- Ensure compliance with revenue-related policies and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (BE qualification is a must).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a revenue management or related role, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and implementing successful revenue-generating strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
